We are impacting livelihood change with emphasis on sustainability.

Tele Family Foundation is a Christian non-profit making organization founded in Likoni, Mombasa-Kenya in 2008 with an aim of transforming the livelihood of many families, orphans and vulnerable children in the community.

We do this through sponsorship program for children from very tender age ensuring quality education and career training and mentorship as youth.

We also do basic skill training for children and youth to remove them from the drug and criminal enticing environment in the slums and also equip them for livelihood and sustainability.

Educating Children

from a very tender age and seeing them through until they realize their dream career.

Empower Women

through training and giving them startup and expansion of their businesses therefore becoming self sustained.

Making Sure

that the sponsored Children are able to attend school and giving them psychosomatic support.

Engaging the Youth

and teenagers by training them basic skills as a way to avoid idleness and engaging in criminal gang activities and therefore getting a livelihood from the skills.

Our Programs:

Women in Business

Through this service, we ensure that Likoni women are able to self sustain themselves economically.
In the program, we do case studies for the woman in recruitment then take them through 3 months training on good business foundation, basic book-keeping and record-keeping after which we give them loans as a business starter and also expand the existing business after we do visitation and rigorous mentorship.

Skills & Vocational Training

This program aims at tapping children and community skills by providing for them a place to train in areas e.g: tailoring and dressmaking, bead working, shoe making, computer classes & wood work and therefore be able to do some basic things for themselves.
It will also support children that will not be able to continue with their formal education through enterprise based vocational training.

Child Development

We target the holistic development of a child involving the physical, spiritual, social and psychological development of a child.
This program runs the education sponsorship of the child in all academic levels.
We offer psychosomatic support and mentorship programs for the sponsored children and we hold children and youth camps anually where they bring their friends too.
